10 PRE-SET PROGRAMS

Jump Start Warm-Up
Program 1 should gently prepare the body for exercise by gradually increasing the heart rate and circulation; this will loosen the joints and increase blood flow to the muscles. Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries.

Muscle Recovery
Programs 2 produces muscle twitches at a low frequency. Ideal for muscle recovery from fatigue to help decrease muscle stiffness. Great for recovery and relaxation following an intense workout.

Active Recovery
Program 3 is similar to 2, except that the muscle twitch rate slows down during the session. It feels like a tapping massage, but softer than Program 2. Use it after intense exercise to promote recovery and relaxation.

Program 4 uses a low-frequency pulse which may favor slow-twitch fibers, for the potential development of aerobic capacity and capillary supply. It helps to improve fatigue resistance during long-duration and moderate-intensity exercise.
